Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from a young age I was steeped in the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the American Southwest. Later moving to South Dakota, my love of art was rekindled in my early 20s. I work in a variety of mediums, often using mixed media to create my art. My art doesn't fall into any one style, spanning realism, portraiture, surrealism and abstract themes. My work aims at capturing emotions and moments that inspire me.
